Apreciated your help, i'm building a T-26, and need references for the interior, in specific: the floor-position from the gunner-, engine bulkhead, drive shaft & machine gun

I assume you are building Soviet T-26(Vickers 6t. clone).Regarding interior: A)gunner seats in the right side of the turret, behind the machinegun; B) engine bulkhead is situated on the backside of what Russians called the "under-turret-box"- in other words running at true vertical from the starting point of the sloping engine compartment cover plate to the floor of the fighting compartment;C)the drive shaft runs through the middle of the lower part of the fighting compartment and unike the Vickers 6t. shaft it is horizontal; D) Machine gun-if it is Soviet T-26- is mounted in the turret, on the right side of the gun.

Apreciated your answer Angel, do you have the pics...??? the description you made is great, but i'm more used to view, then guessing, rather than imagine and then do something...

Check out the Osprey book series. I think there is a book on the T-26 and it consistent with the rest of the series should have a cut away layout that would be helpful to you.

Do any of you know whether Miniart's 35073 set (45mm ammo) is OK for a T-26 (and for the smaller turrets of the T-35)?

I think MiniArt's 45 mm ammo should be OK for the tank version-the rounds for both tank(20-K) and antitank(19-K/53-K) guns have the same type designations(Б-240/О-240/Ш-240).

Angel, thanks for your effort, but now i have another doubt, the floor on the gunner is raised at the level of the shaft...??? and with the assistant isn't...???

Rounds for the main gun were stored in metal cases on the floor bellow commander's seat, leaving a "tunnel" for the drive shaft. While standing, the commander stepped on these cases covers, but the machine gunner stepped on the floor.

Height of floor-I assume-was not so important in operation-both turret seats were mounted on the turret sides, they rotated with the turret, so the turret crew had the weapons always in front and in sight.
