Anybody deal with these folks?
Ordered a plane, waited, waited. contacted-told 7 days. 10 days later, no package. Contacted again-was told money was refunded. Checked bank statement-still a USD 0.53 charge.

Is that legal?

sounds like you got screwed in the money exchange , unlikely intentional
When they refunded the money the Yen was a little lower and they technically shorted you the 53 pennies .
Just tell them , I guess
