Hi All,
I have tried contacting & emailing the Museum a few times with no luck at all to my requests. I am trying to find photos of the captured Sryian Stugs, specifically
The Anti aircraft gun mount for the Saft 12.7mm, also if anyone knows if the Syrians left the old German radios in them or replaced with newer Russian models.
Cheers Mike

Hello Mike,
I attach two photos of Stug from Latrun I took during my visit in February. I am not sure if they capture the requested detail, but at least something.
Unfortunately in this case I am not a big fan of German/Syrian armor so I rather focused my camera on other pieces
I also have two photos of Pz IV which stands behind Stug. If interested IŽll email them to you.
BR, Jiri

Try to contact a gentleman called Michael Mass, an IDF armor guru. AFAIK, he was (still is...?) the curator of the Latrun museum. He runs under the username "Glock17C" on this website. He's knowledge of IDF armor is second to none.

Here's a walkaround of the StuG in Latrun museum, unfortunately there are no Breda-Safat MG mount close-up...

This other walkaround is not really better...

save for this partial view :

I'm sure you know these already :

I wonder if the StuG mount is based on the ground mount...

Hi Jiri,
Many thanks for those pics while they don't answer my questions they do at least indicate colour & other details & I would love too see the panel IV ones as well.
Hello Henri,
How have you been I hope the weather is better where you are to where I am!!
Those were some very nice links thank you my friend & while no direct & clear photos of the gun mount, they are least indicate a bit more than I already knew!!
Thanks Mike
