hello, I know there was a lot of discussion about this some years ago. Were there panzer 4 g of Leibstandardte at Kharkov with grey base coat with or without whitewash. Also, were the turret markings applied directly over the whitewash. Basically I wan't to build dragons panzer 4 g, using some waffen ss figures from Alpine wearing the reversible winter parkas often seen at Kharkov.I like the look of the grey base coat more than the tropical basecoat, and if I can avoid the whitewash that would be good. Any help or advise would be most welcome.
