With tanks going back to Europe, there is a variation of colors.
Some are retaining the desert tan with tree branches and camo nets, while others have the NATO tri color. Yet others are painted entirely in some sort of light green that doesn't appear to be olive drab or nato green. What color is it.
I've seen this on vehicles conducting summer training with Romanian forces.

I read (and of course don't remember where) that it is the same green used for the Leopard II. I thought there was a thread here discussing the topic.

Germany based M1 A2 SEP V2 remain in NATOflage. Other tracks ar from 4th ID on ratation for Atlantic Resolve. Early in deployment they have been camoflaged with nets and branches to blend with the terrain. A few tanks in Grafenwöhr have been painted in washable color, probably some kind of Forest Green. Possibly they get their tan livery when back in the States.

It is actually a NATO Green. It is a washable paint made by MIPA in Germany. RAL6031.
