well, here is the story... i was on a 14 day vacation, so i decided to do some work on some strange stuff i got two 1/72 airplanes from my (girl)friend from work which were "made" by her 72 years old father. i wrote "made" becouse what he did to them can be as easy called GENOCIDE fingerprints in "little" extra cement glue.... half details missing... well, i promissed to her ill do my best on them and here are the results hope u will all like it.
ofc, all comments and crytics are most welcome!
Here is the first stage, painted and covering added
finished dio "German field repair post"
Finished dio "US Field repair post"
Final remark, i stoped doing airplanes 5 months ago when i transfered to armor dio's, i also finished few more "quick dio's" in these 14 days, pictures are to folow in next days

hi sensei those are some nice dio's you got their.
a few questions though.
why is their cloth on the cockpit area?
and the p-51 has rocket pods? or ant tank cannons?
so why is this guy bringing this huge bomb ?
further no comments looking good and, hurry up with the pics of the other dio's
with kind regards!

Well, i had to find some way to cover cemented fingerprints of the old guy on and around the cockpit so reasonable solution was that they were "covered" with some sort of "protection" tents or something... i couldnt do anything else becouse the old man really messed them up
I really dont know with what the P-51 is armed i guess rocket pods of some sort, i didnt get the boxes of airplanes just them (with some missing parts) and decals, didnt even get the painting schemes !!! and the guy is bringing the bomb to "re-arm" the birdie (take rocket pods off and arm it with a bomb), thwe bomb actually is a spare part of mine (so are the figs, all Heller's) and was supposed to be on a 1/72 P-40 Tomahawk, so i figured it can be used here
Well, i sure hope i did a decent job here, anyway the old folk's second solution was to throw them away in junk... this way he at least has something that looks decent.
greetz and tnx for the coment
