Hi,
do you know if there were any Humber Armoured Cars (probably Mk.I / II. versions) painted in Caunter scheme during the campaign in North Africa?
I´ve only seen photos of vehicles in tan or tan + black from later stage, but it would be very interesting to see if Caunter or disruptive patterns were also applied.

I don't think so. The Caunter-scheme was phased out in October 1941, while the first Humbers entered service later that year.

there was a Pathe News film clip doing the rounds a while back of a depot painting lots of kit in this scheme i thought i saw some vehicles that shouldn't have had it maybe it was in between changes and would be repainted on arrival
