What would be the proper stowage set for an Army Abrams in Iraq in 2008?
Thanks for any advice.

Dustin, you could give Legend's LF1163 a try. It is for the Abrams and has equipment and stowage from that timeframe. I have a copy of it. Most of the castings are still pretty crisp. It isn't up to their current standard but is better than most sets on the market. It is a large and varied set with a ton of resin parts. My only complaint is with the water boxes. They are printed in a very low resolution.

Thank you Eric. That is a nice set.
My other question, would a Tusk 1 Abrams carry a lot of gear in 2008?

Dustin, I have seen so few photos of operational TUSK tanks. I've never seen one that shows much in the way of stowage. All of them have been low aspect shots from street level.

By that time, missions where run out of the FOB's, so vehicles had the essential for the mission. As for TUSK Abrams, little to no gear that I've seen was carried, i.e., a couple of water cans, MRE boxes, assault pack, water jug and/or cooler.

Thank you Pete. So maybe the two sets that MENG offers would be a good choice?
