The officer is wearing the M43 tunic so he's really only good up.until the early 1970s.

I don't think so, these are still in progress and not offered yet. There was a set of Soviet Cold War tankers in similar poses but in winter gear.

Interesting how little the Soviet uniforms seem to have changed over the years. Even the tanker's headgear is very similar if not identical to that worn in WW2.
