For casting I would recommend urethane resin rather than epoxy or polyester, but if you can't get urethane my preference would be for epoxy.
How big is the item being cast, and is it clear or opaque?

Hi Richard,
I would recommend polyurethane resin. In the shop I buy resin they told me the others are too brittle.
Regards,
Angel
