Finishing off the DML Jaboshrek and am having the devils own time with the shell catching basket mesh.. probably explains why its been a shelf queen for so long.
The top outer portion of the mesh part MA1 does not seem to match with ANY of the possible facets it is supposed to cover.

Has anyone here managed to fit this bit? Any suggestions on how you went about it.
It might be included in some of the other DML 2cm kit as well.

I have the Jabo kit, and yes this mesh is the same for other Flak guns using the same Flak 38 mount - the fret is marked Flak 38, although mine is MC not MA? The fit issues are well known. See here:

Maybe you could replace the PE parts with fine veil netting (tulle) ?
