I wonder if there is a good 1/72 Sherman to depict this particular event.

I think I'm right in saying that is the early version Type 94 with the smaller idler wheel, but IBG do indeed have one of those in the pipeline. Didn't someone do a build of the Shermans with the wooden side armour on here, or maybe it was in some magazine I read? (Or is that concrete?)

1/35th yes but 1/72 the parts must be tiny ! too small for me

Very informative review of this barely inch and a half long model. The kit looks nicely detailed but the suspension leaves a bit to be desired. I can understand the small size being a limiting factor but other manufacturers have shown that a bit more can be achieved even with these more or less completely moulded suspensions.

Does anyone know if this tankette was ever offered in 1/35th? Only then would I find it doable as I'm not big on building using a magnifier!

FineMolds do this late version (kit no. FM19) and the early version (FM17). Supposed to be a decent kit, has PE parts and vinyl tracks and is still available - from Japan; eBay is probably your best bet.
