Panther II seems more likely to have the engine vent covers then extra spaced turret roof armour. The turret roof was already buffed to 40mm from 16mm.

I personally like the Voyager/Griffin PE sets as they're highly-detailed and offer considerable value for the money. The more complex sets, however, still scare the piddle out of me. You know, the ones that require you to virtually replace EVERYTHING except the floor pan, suspension and wheels...not much into "metal origami" I guess.
