I am building the Dragon "Tulip" with two 60 pound rockets along the turret. Several questions that I have not be able to address arose:
1. Is there a wire(s) running from some part of the turret to activate the rockets?
2. Are the support brackets mounted straight out from the turret or at an angle?
3. What color are the rockets?
Any additional information would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks

Having done some research on this very topic myself some time ago...my understanding is they were standard RAF rockets with their respective launch rails as well

Scroll down this thread, which I found by searching for 'raf rocket colour WW2":

They were fired electrically, as I recall, so a wire running into the turret is logical.
