Hi all,
I have been an Enamel modeller for years and when u wash my armour I just used thinned enamel paint.
But I thought I would give Vellejo wash paints a try. But would anyone be able to tell me if I could still use Vellejo wash paint on Enamel paint? Or should I go acryllics? also which vellejo wash paints are best for armour?

Just realised it already is acrylic!
So when I out this stuff on will it make my model surface glossy afterwards? Which vellejo wash would I use for a matt black black hawk? light grey? dark umber?

Yes, Vallejo washes are water based and you can use it over a enamel surface without problem, just keep in mind you need to work over the surface moistened with water for flow around rasied details or recessed lines like panels, or Airbrush Thinner for remove the excess and clean the effect with a brush. It works better oven a satin surface.
