this is the 1/48th scale Tamiya late war Tiger with Tamiya and Warlords figures, the Warlords figs are just a little small in the legs so I installed plastic plugs to make them as tall as the Tamiya figs.

Wow! Very fine work on both figures & Tiger. I'd like to see a few more pics, maybe taken outside. I'd bet that b&w photo would look a scene from Kursk.

It is hard to believe these guys are 1/48th scale, but then again you are an awesome figure modeler/artist, so whatever scale you make something in is going to turn out well. Hope to see this in person if this is going to be at the show in Arlington this weekend.
