Special Hobby have sent details of their latest WWI artillery piece - a German 25cm heavy mortar. This all resin kit will be available soon as part of the CMK range.

I would like these things better if you could get TONS of ammo for them to create a realistic fire base.

Agreed, even if it was offered separately. A dio would need literally dozens (hundred?) of sells to do it justice. Anything less is silly tokenism to tease buyers with. Accompanying figures would also be greatly appreciated.

I doubt that these were used on front-line service simply because they had better in mass-production. They were probably relegated to second-line forces or allies like the Rumanians, etc. Think of the Karl seige mortars, for example.
