Hello. I am planning to purchase and work on the M1A1/A2 Abrams full interior kit released from Rye Field models.
Overall, it looks to be a very good and accurate model with some minor mistakes. However, some interior details seems to be missing from the kit. Wiring is one of the most noticeable ones.
Is there a good reference website, or a book that shows good amount of details on the turret, driver compartment and the engine? I can find few pictures here and there. But I prefer to have a good pictures in a bulk.

Not sure if our friend fRenchy will find something. From my experience withe the US Army, I call tell that the soldiers don`t like it to get the interior photographed. It`s also tricky to get all the item in the interior on the memory chip.

Rob McCune's extensive M1A1 walkaround on Primeportal has many interior shots (but some of the pictured details may be hard to ID...).

The Rye kit is great - but no kit is perfect.
The new Haynes Workshop Manual has lots of interior shots, assembly-line pictures and technical drawings of interior and engine components.

That guy should have concentrated on gettin the objects focussed and turning the pics in the right direction.

Civilian types always get so excited and start snapping away. They have no clue as to what they're taking pictures of or the proper context so long as they get that shot for the super detailing they want to do.

Hello, and thanks all for the help!
That website would actually be of help. But I would need to do some matching work to get a clue on where each picture depicts of a real vehicle.
I ended up purchasing a bulk of pictures from 18Bravo. Amazing interior shots with very reasonable price! I might still purchase the owner`s manual, to get a picture of the details otherwise hidden in the operational vehicles.
