And the kit even has Polish decals! But now I need a Polish driver and passenger. Since this is 1970's-1980's, how would they look?

I'm very curious which Polish truck You have
If You're looking for good source for figures of Polish soldiers/ people- ToRo Model is the best source.
Few examples:
Civil driver
People's Army soldier
This figure can be a good base for conversion,too:
Military driver from 2008

If You need more photos of Polish People's Army soldiers- just send me PM.
