I'm sure I've seen this figure before. Maybe it was released by another company who no longer exist and MJ did the original sculpt so re-released it.

Neograde had this figure at one time. I have one and it comes in a cool little clear tube with a screw top. Nice packaging and a really well done figure-IMHO better than the similarly posed S&T figure.
