Back in June I ordered a Plus Model grader.Since then I have been given vague answers about when I can expect delivery. They have had my money, but they don't seem to know where or when I will get my order. What the hell kind of service is this? Guess I should use their full name, Michigan Toy Soldier Co. Wayne

All my bad, should have gone straight to the dealer instead of trying to deal with local shop. Wayne

No problems here either. I've ordered items such as Hornet Heads directly from MichToy, and occasionally these take a bit of time to restock. When that happens, they will inform me and offer the option to receive whatever they have in stock, or to wait until everything is in and they will ship my entire order together, but they do not bill my account until items actually ship.

Never had a problem with them either. Met them at the National IPMS show in Omaha this year and they were very knowledgeable and professional.

I know the OP reversed his critique, but I also want to chime in about Michigan Toy Soldier. They have quickly become one of my top choices for on-line model and accessory purchases. I love their ever expanding choices for tools and supplies. They do take somewhat longer than other on-line retailers to get their orders shipped, but they do have a prominently located check box to indicate if your needs are time sensitive. I’ve not had a need to use that option yet, though. I just think they have a very nice store!

In all likelihood the fault lies with Plus Models and not with Mich Toy. Unless they just happen to be an authorized distributor for Plus Models then Mich Toy would have to pay in advance for the order just like everyone else. So Plus Models is holding your money and not Mich Toy.
The grader is a popular item so the first run of kits is probably sold out. You are now at the myrsey of Plus Models as to how long it will take to put together a second or third run.

Just heard from them and they are waiting on their Plusmodel shipment to arrive from Europe. Hopefully will have it soon. Wayne
