Ok all you armour nuts, who makes the best Merkava Mk1 out there...? I'm not really talking accuracy, just the kit that goes together as good as a typical Tamiya kit or very close.
I know there are lots of manufacturers that make excellent kits and are on par with Tamiya. I only use them as a guide because I build a TON of their stuff and VERY rarely have any fit issues.

Well, Tamiya has some innacuracies but is a good kit. Academy one is basically a clone of their, IIRC. The new Takom one looks vastly more state of the art than the ancient Tamiya kit but I think it's too new for anyone to have had a chance to see how it builds yet.
