My friends sherman. My sandbags
They are individual and pliable so could be removed or reshaped as desired.
What do you guys think of them ?

Notwithstanding that we can't see them, what is the advantage of removing or reshaping them once they have been applied to the model?
I understand having a long working time to get things set right, but once the bags are the right shape and where you want them, what possible reason could you have for removing them?
Also, what might the effect be on a painted and completed sandbag if it is nudged after completion? Does it change shape and the paint come off? Does it separate form the model, ruining the weathering or paint or disturbing those underneath?
I could be convinced, but as of right now, I don't see a use for a removable or reshapable sandbag on a model.
