Hi;
IMHO this is really Different & Not the Norm, for Trumpy, as true SAMs tend not to sell well enough to invest in support vehicles or other related equipment; Truck transporter maybe and its launch platform.
Again IMHO the SA-3 GOA and its Support vehicles would make more sense as there were vehicles like the T-55 used as A TEL and it would be more Economical or More Bang for Your Buck so to speak !
