I'm getting ready to paint my "Dragon #6254 - Battle of Bulge" King Tiger for the "Big Cats V" Campaign. I'm planning on representing one of the sSS501 Pz.Abt. Command KTs, namely "008". I have the video/photo of "008" deploying out of Tondorf and the 'end' of "008" when it was abandoned somewhere between Stavelot and Trois Pont, but nothing very definitive as seen below. My 'searches' and decal sources show a red w/white border version, a lt. blue w/yellow border, and even a yellow number version. I'd very much appreciate any additional support data, references, or words of wisdom. Thanks in advance.
