I second Reedoak's figures. They are awesome.
Pete, which figure is it hanging out of the gunner's window on the Black Hawk? I hadn't seen that one before.

Pete,
Are those 1/35 ACU decals, and if so, which company did you use?

Gino, I have no clue. I assumed it's Reedoak's figure since the pictures came from their web sight.
Again Peter, these are not my figures, they are from Reedoak's sight. But I have used or am using Cross Delta ACU pattern decal sheet. They are very thin and translucent. Even though thin, I have to use a lot of Solvaset on them and you have to lay them done on a white background.

The figure hanging out the window is a Frankenfigure the dio creator cobbled together. The diorama itself is pretty impressive, he uses Reedoak, and a bunch of other manufacturers' figures in it. I recall seeing a comment from Norbert on Facebook about the kit that he was waiting for this kit to be released to do some figures for it, so there will probably be something in the works soon from Reedoak for it.

Great news. Norbert's figures are awesome. Looks like I will be getting a few Little Bird drivers when he comes out with them.

Yes I know, but they are designed for Blackhawk and as seat is fixed to the figure it is not possible to use it for another helicopter. And I think the price is too important for a 1:35 figure.

The walkarounds from Rob will prove quite useful when building the kit. I'm building the old Dragon kit with the Black Ops Models conversion and am finding them quite helpful already.
The walkarounds of other 160th helicopters are really icing on the cake! Very much recommended

While I appreciate all things 1/35, to include allowing 'fling wings' and 'lawn darts' into our preferred scale of modeling choices, I simply not the room, nor time, to facilitate building anything other than my 'metal magnets' and/or 'farmer armor'.

Come on, they are flown by Army pilots and support ground troops. Think of them as flying scout cars. A little less armored, but still bad a$$es.
