Hey guys! Been a while since I last posted here.
I have an E-75 kit from Trumpeter that I want to build in 1/35 scale. However it comes with a really long 88. I saw a 1/72 kit that has a 128mm gun on it with a muzzle brake. I'm sure that came pre-attached, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a 128mm metal barrel with muzzle brake that could possibly fit in the mantlet of a Tiger II/E-75? Anyone have experience with this? Please feel free to post links.
I saw GreatWall Hobby's 128mm PaK44 kit but I don't want to buy a whole kit just for the gun. I was also looking at GreatWall's separate 128mm metal barrel for that kit (I assume) that can be bought separately. It looks exactly like I want, but I don't know if it will fit in the mantlet.

The only 12.8cm that I know of is a conversion kit

The cheaper option would be the 10.5cm barrel and mantlet from voyager

That resin stuff from Sol looks nice; the long barrel is exactly what I’m looking for.
Do you have a link to where I could see the Voyager one? I can’t find any and I was wanting to see its price/what it looks like.

Hmm, thanks! Will look into this! Thank goodness I didn’t buy some metal barrel; probably wouldn’t have fit...

Hello
just look at
MR Modellbau Germany , shop
mrmodellbau.de
The offer a 12,8 cm Barrel and 10,5 cm barrel vor the VK 72 Löwe. They will fit the E-75.
I bought the SOL conversion set. I will use the 10,5 cm gun. The Resinbarrel is very soft and I have replaced it with a barrel from Zitader design.
