I am building this kit and using some of the Eduard updates sets. I can't work out how the hinge for the main cargo door is supposed to fit, and look like it should work. I am wondering if it was supposed to fold somehow when the door was not open? I can't find any photos showing this particular detail. Any ideas?
Thanks
Malcolm Ready

The Port Main Cargo door had a long piano hinge at the bottom
I found the Assault Glider Trust very useful, as they have some plans on the site.
Be sure to checkout the Horsa Construction gallery as well.
Some Eduard PE sets reviewed on Mil Mod.
SFAIK, the cargo door was only opened for large loads on the MK1, as it had a passenger door, that slid up internally on rails for personnel.
good luck
