didn't know if anyone would be interested but I thought I would share my take on the c.i.p. found on strykers...this is afv clubs stryker atgm

the mount for it was actually an extra part in the kit meant for their mgs. it's part n 12 and it's meant to hold the tow bar in place...

I sanded down the front details the cut a c.i.p. panel from Tamiya (meant for the hood of a hmmwv) and combined the two pieces to make it thinner and longer...

this was then sanded down and I added two different legths of thin plastic stip to get the separation for the winch cable in the front...

then to finish itup the panel was painted with Tamiya flat earth lightened a little bit with desert yellow for scale and poof!!! stryker C.I.P.

thanks for looking
