This has already probl'y been asked and answered a dozen times, but I didn't see the replies...so, does anyone manufacture 1/35 Cyrillic-lettered info placard decals for Soviet/Russian missiles?

For the most part,--No ! The only thing that I can recall is, I think there was A set for the SA-6 Gainful and the SA-2 Guideline !! The SA-2 set came with the Trumpy kit and there was A set made for the SA-6 that were for A Resin Correction Missile.

You remember well. I was the one who made it to the 3M9 missiles ....
Search this site, the sticker can be purchased separately. / there are all the caps for each missile, different size, color and text, and exact location. These are painted in a template, according to the instructions and in the manner prescribed.

I would like markings for the Trumpeter SCUD and FROG-7 for live missiles and rockets (not training or exercise items). I would also like markings for all the warheads including chemical and nuclear.
