Pretty sure it is a reboxing of the ICM kit.

Tamiya and Revell of Germany rebox ICM kits, but the funny thing is that in their "unoriginal" boxings they are better value for money. More stuff, better decals and clearer instructions usually, and in most stores they are priced lower. The Tamiya AHN boxing adds some stowage, crew and a Flak 37 for a small price increase for example.

In addition, the Revell Germany boxings often have better quality control than ICM boxings with less flash and sink holes.
