Vallejo wash as binder

Can Vallejo wash be used as a binder for Vallejo pigments?Really dont feel like driving to hobby shop today.

I never tryed that but it works with Tamiya panel liner (brown) with succes.
Beautiful rust effect can be made that way.

I'll guess it can work with washes to.
Try it out on some scrap plastic you got lying around.

I usually use (for the last 15 years or so) acrylic thinner as a binder for pigments with total success, never had a single problem.

put your pigments in place (work on little areas one by one) dip a paintbrush into thinner, and let the pigments suck the thinner from the brush by capilarity.

You can also use isopropyl alcohol
