I just got done building Tamiya's new Archer kit. This was an enjoyable build with no real problems, except the tracks. I decided to paint the link and length tracks on the sprues and assembly them on the finish model. I should have installed them before finishing, it would have been easier assembly, but made painting a little longer. I am working on the three nicely detailed figures now.

Great looking build. What did you use to paint the main gun breach? Looks like real steel.

I painted it faded olive drab, then rubbed AK steel pigments on it.
