You've done quite a notable job on finishing this little gem. Have to admit that Artitec really do a super job on their resin masterpieces.

As far as I know
Stef is right with his comments about the nomenclature of these vehicles. I've built a 1/72 StuH so I pretty much recognized yours as one by the looks of the barrel. And yes, Artitec unfortunately got the naming a bit off as on their Website they have it listed as "StuG III Version G assault howitzer, 1:87 resin kit".

Nitpicking aside, it doesn't take away from what is an otherwise fine model attractively finished.
