There is no specific engine setup for the MAZ series trucks that I know of.

Check out
this thread where Mano_BR built one w/an engine a few years ago.
It looks like the same basic engine as a late model Russian tank engine. You could probably start with the new MiniArt V-54 Engine set.

I made one out of the leftover diesel engine from an Academy M10. You don't see much of it once it's in there. The important thing is to get the left and right air filters. They stop you seeing empty air through the side louvers.
I used the 1/35 paper model of the MAZ for help:
