Certainly something weird; an Axis Ally paper Panzer. And one has to wonder who okayed the production of this kit? Hungarian selling so well to justify a Hungarian paper panzer???!

Maybe someone picked up on all the moans, sighs and mutterings about yet another Tiger and decided to try something new
If there is sufficient commonality with some other kit the costs would still be within limits.

Only the hull top and gun are different from the previously released 44M Tas prototype so this is not the only Hungarian paper Panzer kit.

A single prototype of the former was ever built. This one didn’t even make it to the prototype...

I -and countless other- would be positively THRILLED if someone like Dragon/Trumpeter/Tamiya produced a modern and worthy Bergepanther kit, but no, listen to my moans, sighs and mutterings? I can but hope.
