Looking forward to the Panther! Love RFM's approach of adding indy links tracks!

Hey Bob, Rye Field told me they expected to deliver the Sturmtiger to distributors in February. Not so long left to wait. I guess the Panther pushed things back a little.
I am more than happy to see a new panther with interior especially coming from Rye Field Models. If it is anything like their tiger kits we are in for a treat.
I don't get why so many people moan!

This is excellent news. And yet another one with interior, which surely means, that a Bergepanther can't be far away

We'll see about the Sturmtiger, but what Rye had been doing was tooling us a decent "Bergetiger" (however odd this denomination is, though and despite it's few shortcomings in 100% accuracy), so let's get the hopes up for the same happening here eventually. Following this road would mean they come around with a new and all better Bergepanther...!?

Yeah Thomas I'm with you each release is better than the last. You just got to decide when to jump on a certain kit and hope the next release doesn't blow it away.I can't wait for that stumtiger hope it is February

So, looks like they are doing what AFVClub did with the T-34. And they were not that popular.

Probably the reason why this is initially a limited edition. We can safely assume that the regular edition will include a normal turret and upper hull. I would not be surprised if those were actually included in the kit from the start.

Actually we've never had a Sherman with a plastic interior

I'd get a few if they matched the quality/ease of build of the Tasca/Asuka kits.

Then again with the way Miniart has gone gang busters with their T-44/54/55 releases over the past 18-24 months and a M3 Lee and Grand coming soonish-it wouldn't take much for us to get a Sherman series with interior, since the M3 and M4 Sherman shared many parts/components.

I count "10", with the left, lowest bolt being slightly too close to the support.

I don't know which diagram you refer to, but I drew the quadrant lines on the diagrams in red, and I'm only counting what's in this quadrant.

There is one bolt both above and below the width of your drawn quadrant making a total of 11. But they squished them together into the quadrant as opposed to spacing the topmost and bottom bolts outside of the quadrant as is proper. So Mr. Bryden is correct.
