I've used Yahu instruments for aircraft models - and they are awesome. They'd be perfect for ground vehicles too!

In my opinion, despite they have not been designed for this model, being independent dials I guess it should be possible to add them to Tamiya parts somehow...

You may need to drill it and perhaps loose the ring around it but maybe worth.

Yes, their website does not sell, it is just informative. But there are several links to retailers:
