When a M1A2 comes in for installation of TUSK armor kit if that Tsnk hss a mine roller attachment on the hull front does it remain or is it removed? I have seen no photos of a TUSK II with a mine roller adaptor.
I have seen photos of TUSK I Tanks with mine ploughs, do they get belly armor?
TIA

Any Abrams can have a mine plow or a mine roller with TUSK I or TUSK II installed. They can/do get the full TUSK kit w/belly armor as well.
The reason you can not find any pics of M1A2 TUSK II tanks with mine rollers is that by the time M1A2s w/TUSK II were used in Iraq ('08-'09), there was no longer a need for mine rollers or plows since the minefields had all been identified and/or cleaned up by then. Additionally, no M1A2s were deployed to A'stan, only USMC M1A1s with some of the TUSK pieces installed (loader's shields, belly armor, and thermal sight on the TC's .50 cal).
