Tamiya will sell you sprues, from their kits. The last time I bought one, it was $7.50. Of course, the price has likely change. Contact them, via their website.

You need to contact the Tamiya agent for your country. They can then get you what you need, if it is available. Here is the link for the worldwide agent list.

http://www.tamiya.com/english/agent/agent.htm

If your country isn't listed, you can click the Tamiya logo at the bottom of the page to contact Tamiya-Japan directly.

I've found that Tamiya is very well represented worldwide. I may be wrong but isn't this kit a Tasca/Asuka reboxing?

Only the Easy eight (No. 25175) and Firefly (No. 25174) are Tasca rebox.

As for replacement sprues, I once asked a hobby store owner for an replacement Tamiya Mobelwagen sprue - she said that considering the cost, transport fee and time, it might be better to just buy a new kit.
But it might be different in the US....
