Leopard 1 AVLB Biber and Leopard 1 ARV Berger as a normal plastic kit would be perfect

Based on what? With no evidence that they have any interest in Shermans at all, you might as well say What's next for Hasegawa?

First Mk.1 early and late, then Mk.2B...I think there’s a good chance for a 2D...

Smooth move Seabee, bringing this discussion over to its' own thread. Kudos.
Kinda sorry I even mentioned the Mack NO / DD (et al) over on the Bergepanther thread. It has started some back biting that I think is totally unnecessary. This forum should be a place to talk of whatever we want and hopefully, HOPEFULLY our discussions just might influence the manufactures to give us that which we say we want and are ready to buy!

A Mack NO or DD would be stupendous. Watching with anticipation to see where MiniArt might be going after releasing their M3 series.

Kurt perhaps Tasca would be a better manufacturer to expect to take on the DD Sherman rather than Takom.
I think what we are really talking about is what we would like to see offered next, not necessarily who should produce it.

I've built 2 Tasca kits and enjoyed both of them. Are they still producing new kits?

I had the impression the thread is about Takom's next logical move based on their existing line of kits, not about what we would like to see...

What's next are probably Panther Ds and who knows, maybe a D-based Bergepanther. Or something modern.

M3 Stuart. It is as unlikely as I would have considered a new M3 Lee 18 months ago from them.
First though to build on their M3 Lee, a Burma configured Lee.
And then to build on their upcoming Taiwanese M48H, a slick M60, a M48A5K and an M103.

Takom definitely keeps us guessing - which is a good thing..it generates buzz and excitement. They MIGHT do a Sherman. They keep their cards close to their chest until an announcement is ready. Certainly, they didn't show an interest or a track record in many of their releases: the US armoured earthmover, Kraz tractor, P1000 Ratte, Object 279, AMX with Chaffee turret? Who woulda guessed? Hopefully with their Panther and King Tiger lines, that revenue stream will subsidize the more esoteric releases. Something based on the M3 maybe could be expected?
