Very informative. It would be better if they could have shown better close-ups of the head, say, when he said "check progress", show a full screen image of the head.

it was a video I may have just as well watched with my eyes closed. good information, but just a guess as to what the painter was doing.

I so appreciate these kinds of instructional videos as they are the knowledge that we all can relate to. Not to mention use. Heck, it takes me longer than twenty minutes some times just deciding what colours my figurine will end up being.

With you on that one Southpier. It would have been nice if I could have seen what was happening with the head. All I saw was him dabbing paint on it but it was that small I couldn't tell what colour it was or what he'd done. Great idea as my face painting really does need improving drastically but sadly I learnt nothing from the video as I couldn't see anything that was going on.

What everyone else said. Better closeups are needed. I don't really know what he did half the time, but I appreciate the tips and will try to incorporate them into my work.

Echo many of the comments here. All I could see is a tiny head in the middle of the screen and a brush moving in the general vincity of the head.

I had absolutely no comprehension of what part of the head the brush was hitting nor what impact the applied colour was having.

The end result looks fantastic but I’m left with little understanding on how to reproduce myself.

I wish my daughter could get her face painted in twenty minutes, as it is now she blocks the bathroom for a lot more than twenty minutes ......

Please go back and edit viciously for time. We don't need to actually see each bottle of paint being agitated before the process starts. Quicker, more rapid editing cuts please.

Close up photography is difficult but necessary in this case given the subject matter.
