After having closed down by Photo Bucket account, for obvious reasons, what's the next free (or almost free) option, and is user friendly, that you guys are using? I only need capacity for a couple of hundred images for forum posting - certainly not worth the hundreds of dollars PhotoBucket is demanding.

I use Google Photos. It integrates both with my Android phone and my Google account in Chrome. I find it easy to use, and if Picasa is still available, makes moving and managing images easy as well.

I am using postimage.org for about 8-9 years. Pretty decent, have not lost any photos yet.

Never forget the most important rule:
Never ever hand over your original documents/photos to anyone else.
Store as many copies as you like all over the place but never sit there without a local copy (i.e. the original) on a storage media under Your control.
Anything can happen to the servers used by your selected photo hosting service.

I third Imgur. It is mobile friendly and easy to navigate. You can select the size you want your image to be and it is a simple "click and paste" operation. Oh, upload speed is lightning fast.

Also Imgur.
Fast and easy, drag an drop multi pics too !

I tried Google Photos. Wasn't crazy about it, I found it not as simple (surprised, Google stuff usually my GoTo).

I switched to Flickr after the photobucket debacle, but find it not very friendly with posting from my tablet. I’m now thinking to give Imgur a try, but haven’t yet.

Can you post images from Google Photo to Armorama forums as per Photobucket?

Imgur and Flickr for me. About to close out my Photobucket account as my current subscription runs out in April - before they try charging me for a new one. They sure are getting desperate with all their e-mails...
