You will find a set of 1/35-scale Concrete Telegraph Poles in the MiniArt range. They are in their 'Buildings & Accessories' list (ref. 35563). Not being a 1/35 modeller myself (dedicated Braille Scale enthusiast), I am not sure how good they are. However, I have seen examples of these in various dioramas, and they appear to be reasonably accurate.

The French company, MK35, carries reasonably priced resin Concrete Telegraph Poles (Part. A002).

Mini-art has plastic ones and have to be the cheapest.

I would hit the Miniart poles with a coating of rough texturing primer to give them more of a "Concrete" feel and texture. Other than that a very nice product.
