HI guys -
it seems the gallery is up and running again, or so I'll find out shortly - No fancy pics - just a few WIP images...You'll see, demonstrating my love for unnecessarily complicated builds, I decided to add the RPG screen - it's getting there:
![](https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/31327/1_Rt_Ft5.JPG)
![](https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/31327/2_Lt_Ft2.JPG)
![](https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/31327/3_Lt_long.JPG)
![](https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/31327/4_Rt_up.JPG)
So, it appears the gallery is back!! good! As for the above, you'll see lots of repurposed and cut up etch.
As for now - I ran out of aluminum tubing - so, it will sit for a while, but, I will add the screen to the front window.
Thanks for taking a look -
Nick

all,
some excellent work being shown here
![](../modules/SquawkBox/images/smilies/smile.gif)
.
I've decided to pull the pin on this Campaign and turn the project into a shelf queen for the moment.
To all the Campaign participants - keep at it and we all look forward to the results at the end of the Campaign.

Sad to hear that,Roger!
Still hope the quality of model building in this Campaign might incline you to "insert the pin" again,

Cheers Angel,
hopefully I might plod on with just the engine and make that a stand-alone model for a while till I can get things moving again with the rest of it.
However in the meantime I've been coerced into doing a scratch build for someone else (plus they will do the painting
![](../modules/SquawkBox/images/smilies/smile.gif)
).
Might just throw that build into the Scratchbuilders Forum, it will be under the heading - Трактор ХТЗ Т150к @ 25th - or something similar.
I'll be stopping by this Campaign to see what everyone is up to

Wow!!!
Amazing job!!!
Looks so Nick's like!
Not much work in this Campaign from my side lately...
I was finishing 2 other campaign builds and am now detailing the chassy of ZIL-130 for a third campaign...
Yet next week I'll take some holidays and intend to dedicate some time to the SU-6 finishing.

I'm just envious Nick
Looking forward to it Angel.
I better get my digit out too. I was going to do a M88A2 Hercules on the AFV Club base, but was given a resin conversion kit for one this morning (ain't kids great! Dad's day here in Oz).
So now back to head scratching.

My proposal for this campaign. I'm not sure If I enter it here or the upcoming launchers campaign. Long time since I haven't build anything plastic (busy with model engineering lately). Making use of my resin wheel (needs to be updated to the correct rims). Managed to do the centre beam of the chassis all milled on my milling machine (will be casted for repeatability). I will do the scaling of the rest of the build using the Zvesda 1/72 kit and the limited info on the WWW.

Any advice on where I can enter this, Its going to be a long project....Maybe once I started a plastic kit will be on hand . Keep your fingers crossed, we might get it in plastic once I started the build.

Val,
I think your build belongs here:
1.You plan a scratchbuild,
2.We surely can learn something from the way you'll overcome the inevitable challenges.
3.You can ask for and receive help/advice from fine gentlemen, that frequent this topic.
and...
4.I want to have your build here
Having said that, I'm not against the other campaign-I was one of the first, that enlisted there
If your prediction-that once you start and advance in your long scratchbuildq, inevitably a plastic model will hit the shelves-comes true, then you'll have the option of joining Launchers Campaign with the plastic model.Win-win.

Hi Mike - thanks! Haven’t seen you on armorama in a while - still building planes for a while? I am hoping to see one of your trucks worked on here.
Take care

Welcome aboard Val. This is definitely the place for that build, you will be in excellent company with Angel, Nick and the guys.
And Nick, what can I say, its just sensational. It has been a real pleasure watching this one progress. It is a real show case of your skill.
I am in envy of all you guys.

It's hard to speak up after Peter-he always catches the essentials in few words!
If I was not aware of Nick's skills and long record of elaborate scratchbuilds, most probably I would have simply asked him- Can you inform me who the producer and what the kit number is, thank you!
A stunning result, simply Nick-ish!

Hi Peter, Angel, thanks! I appreciate it! As I’m sort of a truck nut, I enjoy these challenges.
Looking forward to seeing what you guys, and others are up to!
As for me, I’ve got another pickup in the works but decidedly not military - but, it does have a fair amount of scratchwork - lifted and modified suspension, some work on the cab, and a scratch built bed. So far so good - maybe I’ll post it just for fun -
Happy model building out there!
Nick

I started building a resin ZIL-130 a month ago for the Resin II campaign.
![](../../i.imgur.com/mTbh1e2.jpg)
It carries a scratchbuilt field flight CP in a box structure(KUNG 1M).
The combo was called SKP-9MV
![](../../i.imgur.com/VIxRe67.jpg)
I've built the floor and the sidewalls of the box:

I'm now building the interior equipment of the box.

Tell the truth Angel. It's really a mobile Pasta and Pizza van. Twin ovens and camp stove boilers, and a Phone for orders....
Really nice details there. The painting is great.

Yeah, "the living room".
It seems to me that the furniture is not complete.
Very well, it gets.
