I am away from home (references) but am making my AFV Club M60A3 kit as a a Turkish tank. As I have no pictures of my subject with me, can anyone tell me whether they used Steel or Aluminium wheels?

I have seen vehicles with all aluminum wheels, with a mix of aluminum and steel wheels but not a vehicle with all steel wheels.

Which tracks are you planning to use? The Turkish Army uses its own track T517.

Here are some refs. The roadwheels look to be all steel on these.

I hate to be the one to point out the obvious, but not only are those wheels mixed, one is even in its natural aluminum finish.

Yup, looks like I need to have the ol' eyes checked. They are mixed.

Thanks to all with the answers. Looks like I will go with a mix.

As for the tracks, I am making a M60A3 from the early 1990's in Bosnia and as I understand the Turkish T517 tracks postdated this period. Is that right? Otherwise I will use the Slingshot tracks.

This is one of the Turkish IFOR vehicles:

Looks like it has T517 track and the dark 3 tone camo.

That is the image that I have at home that I wanted to base mine on. So new tracks it is.

Any suggestions for the paint matches for the 3 tone camo?

Vallejo bronze green 70607, nato brown or something slightly darker and black. You can use NATO green with some black to darken it.
