Very interesting. I already plan on purchasing Meng's Panther and have the Zvezda one lined up. I wonder if I can fit the turret to the Zvezda kit and save myself some conversion time.?

This is a clear copy of my work for Panzerart. Especially the barrel, which was my invention, not supported by a rare photograph http://panzerart.pl/index.php/welcome/produkt/435
in addition, this opinion was considered by the meng to be spam on its website fb...

Sorry, but I don't see a "clear copy"; I see two covered turrets but the coverings are not sculpted the same way at all. You can hardly claim to have originated the concept unless you were alive and working for the German military at that time. So, really, both of you are copying the German vehicle transport crews.

brekinapez Of course, this is a very common idea for a Panther turret... .

This reflects quite poorly, on Panzerart. I suppose all Tiger 1's are copies? What about Shermans? T-34's? Copyright infringement is a serious accusation.

Unless the German manufacturers applied for a patent, anyone is free to make them. If Meng wants to sell their own you can hardly blame them for not wanting someone to post on their facebook a competitive product.

That is my point. As was pointed out, on FB these are two different configurations.

I know; I was providing additional support.
