Hi Gang, This question has probably been asked before but I need to ask it again. How do I go about ordering sets of tracks from Tamiya?, I ask as I have a couple of Dragon kits that I simply cannot bring myself to use the magic tracks supplied so I thought that if can order replacements - jobs-a-good `un!.

Contact the Tamiya distributer for the UK. Should be able to order from them.

What type of tracks do you need?
Maybe we could swap tracks. I have a few rubberband tracks that I want to replace.

Let us know what you need. I have a ton of spare tracks, barrels, antennas and other parts that I don’t need. I will probably soon also have workable tiger II tracks that I won’t need.

Robin, which ones are you looking to replace?
Shermans (mostly Asuka/Tasca but also soe Tamiya and Italeri and those Italeri tracks are horrible) and a bunch of Dragon Pz III and Pz IV (Dragon DS tracks). A few Tamiya T-55's. There are some others as well but Asuka and Dragon are the major groups.
If there is something specific just ask and I'll check the inventory ...
I want to avoid "soft" tracks whenever possible even if the real vehicle did have live tracks where track sag is practically non-existent (workable link-by-link can be glued solid to prevent sagging ...).

Thanks Mark, That's what I needed. The tracks I`m looking to replace are for the Panzer MK. 3 and by the way I'm no fan of Dragon`s DS tracks either - for me painting them was as bad as trying to put indi-links together (Dragon`s Abrams AIM kit).
In short NO THANKS
