Anyone know what the measurements would be for the upper metal box base for a Panther Stellungen in 1/35 scale?

You're talking about the area of the mount for the turret ?
Doubt that was a standardized size ,, most likely site-built .

Depth: (front-back) 2.84 meters
Width: (left-right) 3.26 metrers
Height: (top-bottom) 1.1 meters
These are just the measurements for the "obertiel", not the quarters underneath or the cement around the edges.
