Does anyone have any pictures of the FuG 37 radio set or know if it goes by other names?

I believe the original Czech version was called "Radiostanice vz.37"

I guess it's the one you can notice on the left in this picture of a restored LT vz.35 :

In fact I've just found out that the pictured set is a vz 35. I don't know if the vz 37 ("tanková rádiová stanice vz. 37) is visually similar...
